In an instance where your item was damaged in shipment, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss resolutions. In every instance possible, I will work to preserve original artwork. If the item is damaged beyond repair, other options will be discussed to rectify the situation, including the possibility of a refund. At the end of the day, I always strive to provide a positive experience for my collectors.

Cincinnati area deliveries can be scheduled beginning 5 business days after purchase. This cost-saving option minimizes packaging waste and potential damage during shipping.

Shipping outside of the Cincinnati area: due to the size and nature of shipping artwork, incurred shipping and handling costs above the “Base Shipping Rate” will be invoiced after purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to ship from my studio in addition to the delivery carrier's estimated shipping time.
